I specialise in supporting organisations with an eco-social focus to grow.

I work with founders, executive teams and organisations looking to create eco social value. We work together through a mixture of coaching, operational support and and strategic guidance.

Revenue models

Funding is increasingly hard to secure. Purpose led organisations need to think creatively about how they develop a sustainable income with services that are aligned to their mission. If achieved, it’s a powerful tool for growth.

I work with organisations to develop new services, exploring how they align with impact goals. Who are your customers? And how can you shape your offering to align with their strategic aims? What does a sales strategy look like? How can you market your offer with limited resources?

Executive Support

Mission led projects are often born through the passion and determination of one individual. Over time, that energy can be hard to sustain - many small organisations struggle to survive the departure of a founder.

I work with founders and executive teams to work through key considerations, making sure impact led projects are sustainable. What are you finding really challenging? How can you build a team that enables you to do what you enjoy and are best at? What systems are missing and how can you resource things more efficiently so you have time to explore the longer term vision?

Impactful businesses

Consumer power and government level structures like ESG (Environmental Social Governance) mean businesses are thinking more about environmental and social value they create.

I work with organisations moving away from an exclusive focus on profit, to think more about their impact on the world and their people. How can you leverage your strengths and expertise for impact? Are there opportunities for meaningful and long term partnerships with the non-profit sector? What is missing and are there mission-led projects you are well placed to launch as a business?
